  1. 26 intervals

Transposing the order of standard bodyweight movements was an attempt to observe any difference in difficulty of execution. With the regular use of “constantly varied” as a term to describe the multifarious methods and regiments utilized in functional training, it’s seems odd these particular exercises always tend to appear in unchanging order. Long standing conditioning has not alleviated my own tendency to program the same. In order to note distinctions, practical application was implemented. As expected, contrast does exist. The two upper body movements in sequence are the most challenging. I surmise success contingent on arrangement has much to do with individual strengths. Nevertheless, end-user findings for this study report far great impact on pull-ups being preceded by push-ups. To accurately establish facts and evaluate the keynote variable this will be a two-part test. The same work will be conducted next week in traditional order. Predictions lean toward reduced intervals for completion.
