I'm not sure what the time reflects except for the duration of the work performed. There are too many variables in a wod like this for it to mean anything more. Rest was minimal. Final count for the swings was about 400.
32 degrees and sunny, a welcomed reprieve from the deluge of snow and rain. Said conditions beckoned an outdoor operation today; hence, the park. I used a football field and went down and back to mark my 200 mtr transition point. The throws are probably the next level in the hierarchy of swings next to the American type. Throws require more power generation and wrist flick. Retrieving the bell is the incorporated rest so as to allow for a steady output, unlike doing swings to the Nth degree. My back was still thrashed from the previous few days but this was certainly a good way to keep the troops from feeling too sorry for themselves. Good rest will come when the time is right.
