front squat
warm-up:
135# x 7; 155# x 5; 185# x 3
every other minute on the minute:
1-2-3 at 240#/260#/280#
first min. perform 1 repetition, third min. 2 reps, fifth min. 3 reps, then increase load and repeat; rest period is the same between weight increases
