I can honestly say that I didn't under estimate the difficulty of RE-DOOM, but I sure did not expect the pain inflicted. Once again, I'm never let down by 324 workouts.

ReplyDeleteAnother concept conceived on a drawing board, destine to manifest on the gym floor. If the particulars of structure elude the eyes, this is a repeat procedure. After each portion is initially completed, the format requires a return to the beginning, finishing with a final top to bottom run. This is only the first version of implementation. Like most streams of thought emptying into a pool of noteworthy ideas, it only spawned corresponding tributaries to exploit.
Design is matter of careful rep control. Arbitrarily assigning numerical values to movements can lead to disaster as rounds accumulate. As such, each scheme promoted equality across individual couplets.
Underestimating this encounter is difficult. Reps, length, and weight suggest the nature of the voyage. The first two deadlift/burpee evolutions passed with relative ease, but initial contact with 155# power cleans proved distasteful. The feeling of surprisingly burdensome weight did little to instill confidence for remaining rounds. SDLHPs were conquered one at time employing a steady pace, ensuring proper set-up to maximize efficiency. As predicted, in the final run, power cleans presented a contest. While no rest or extended breaks were necessary, the burden of work traveled quickly through the lungs and right back out the mouth. If once isn’t enough, we’ll give you a RE-DOOM.
