Avoiding the direct route to personal improvement is the result of GPS guidance derived from faulty satellites. Chart your own way through diligence and effort. Discard the convenience of the predetermined path and accept demanding nature of plotting your own course.

    Today’s waypoint was an exact combination of skill and technical competence, refining efficiency and execution. Each specific movement involved, highly procedural and equally as taxing. Focus on fundamentals was critical to sustain advancement. Time was lost in transition; dropping the stopwatch entering round three stopped the clock. Round one clocked in at 4:03, two at 5:10, and estimates have the final round slightly longer yet. Uniform pacing held clean and jerk efforts steady, but muscle ups add up quickly. By the second round, broken sets were mandatory, continually accumulating elapsed time. Work needs on fact-finding research; just do your daily diligence.
