After being beat down with a devastating week of wods, starting with "Transformers" 6 days ago, this one nearly finished the job. This constructed mix of barbell/bodyweight movements made for a great chipper.

Random precision measured out in 324ml doses. The acidic properties of incessant work reign over mind and body. Non-stop top to bottom work; it’s the experienced athletes that triumph over the chipper format, those who keep moving, thriving in the distress of a laborious pace, inviting the pain of constant exertion, and warding off rest like a gypsy curse. It requires fitness and practice, but locate your internal throttle control, marginalize breaks, and watch the clock stop.
