    Load up on Blue Cheese, Ranch, and croutons… It’s hard to hide the hideous taste of thrusters and burpees. Only a truly robust palette will appreciate this appetizer combo without dressing. After a hardy side salad, on the menu for the main course: Max rep double unders, an entrĂ©e always offering your daily CO2. Careful, the opening round can toss your salad; avoid eating too fast, destroy your appetite in the first three minutes and suffer from hunger pains later. Steady work is the key, move with a purpose, but don’t deplete the reserves. Reach the rope in the red and spend more time gasping for breath than recording repetitions.
