completed as individual repetitions; focus on form not speed

then

30# ball slams x 9
burpees x 6

    Lower body still reeling from a juggernaut of jump squats, skill work and low level devastation training was the call for the day. I wanted to move forward without taking 47 steps backwards. Just the perfect amount of work repaired the body for some legacy 324 destruction… Standby.
