Stagnate air gave way to a warm breeze, presenting the perfect opportunity for a THREE TWO FOURay on a format cast aside for continued development. The long-range ballistic strike package, once a distant memory, returns as strategy and focus align. Flamethrowers and firebombs materialized in the form of double duty on the barbell. Take a deep breath, suck it in, nothing parallels the sweet smell of personal improvement.

The challenge here, squat cleans and the jerk. Distinctly divided into two separate movements. Moderate weight coupled with G2OH encourages inherent slop. Rather, compel a greater workload by dictating the movements require increased attention to efficiency and form. Expand the process by introducing intermittent body weight in conjunction with foot traffic. The end result: A scorched freeway of depleted fuel tanks and flaming egos.

  2. I did this work out today, rested yesterday, and that is all I will say about that.
