Seared to perfection and served with a salty side of sweat stains. As I mentioned yesterday, dialing in programming for extreme heat is critical. Find the appropriate work/rest ratio allowing intensity to be sustained. This particular triplet could have taken a plethora of formats. The idea of individual rounds afforded some chance to recover/cool down. Imagine, even with an adjusted rep scheme accommodating constant movement, the end result on this particular workout if it were only three rounds no rest at current temps. More is sacrificed than gained. If high heat is your environment, train for it, but don’t burn yourself.
(Panic Room) Took me awhile to get back into the rythm of doing double unders, first set double unders went in sets of ten, second set 20 strait and then sets of ten, third set made it to 40 strait, then last set finally made it to 50 strait. Heat was still the limiting factor. Good work out "J". If you ever want to come over here to the school house and burn it down let me know. Lot of guys keep tabs on you and Mike around here. 4::52 3::48 3::37 3::20

With temperatures reaching record highs in the Hoosier state my thermometer looks like yours making "pan fried" a given to be trained hard today.
I'd like to set something up, your facility looks great. Contact me via info@3-2-4.com and we'll see if we can make it work!
