The majority of programming at sectional competitions seems to be a step in the direction of simplicity. Not a surprise, as the reason for adding these extra events was to give more athletes a chance to compete (I'm sure increased revenue via $100 registration fees was never discussed). What you will see from CrossFit and there competitions is more of the same. Most of their affiliates and the athletes they produce swallow 21-15-9 three squares a day. So, I wouldn't expect CFJ or 324 creativity or difficulty. Use it to your advantage, we prepare and train in a world unknown to the likes of the Kool-Aid sippers. You're ready, now storm the beach lobbing hand grenades! Tell 'em I sent you.
This recovery wod is only recommended for professional space pirates and amateur ghostbusters.
ReplyDeleteStandby for a detailed AAR and video from this past weekend's events in West Palm Beach. There's a plot twist...
Check out the south european sectional wods. I can only smile. I've had harder days getting through the CFJax and 324 wods.
