  1. I'm not sure if this wod is even possible under the current prescription. The combination bench press/HSPU tends to both strengths and weakness in a one or the other type of relationship. The BP was not a problem yet the HSPU demanded the use of the abmat by the third round. I could've taken all day and done one at a time but this would've defeated my objective. Failure during this program was unexpected and in the most unlikely places. All I can say is try it.
