    This task should only be undertaken by certified crane operators. The relationship joining this odd couple in unholy pandimony is anything but symbiotic; rather, better described as two colliding forces of destruction that, when married, is a recipe for disaster. It was my endeavor to sabotage my power output at 500 meters and measure the effect on time. While maintaining the same stroke rate and range of motion I was able to isolate the disintegrating factor, i.e. power. It was possible to lower my time by altering or increasing range of motion but this defeats the purpose of training a specific stroke. Shattering records is a long and painful endeavor in experimental progressology. Pursuing the unfamiliar and lonely road to victory with a battle axe attitude is the only way to inch towards the apex of existence and meet self-actualization.
