This final task, the apogee of three days of cutting edge indulgence in mental and physical evolution, is just the tip of the melting iceberg compared to what hides in the bushes of the subversive minds of the creators. Reasons stands that if you were tasked with one chore but stifled with waiting before moving to the next then you are not being efficient. Multitasking has a place in nature just as it does in the gym. Instead of only simulating movements found in nature we have endeavored to simulate the decision making process and the strategy one would use based on his or her tools so as to forge pathways to success.

Many athletes bemoan the mental rigors of this type of training but most of them zone out and go to work, even employing counters so they don't have to exercise their span of attention. This is fine while specializing but I thought it was our intention to punish the specialist? I thought we wanted to avoid isolation and employ every tool we had, even the mind. This is exactly what we did and it was an irrefutably better simulation of nature's demands on both the mind and the body. The specifics were given on short notice. Strategies were internally debated until minutes before starting. Since each person has different strengths and weakness it was pointless to share strategies. Strengths and weakness had their role and comprised the batting order appropriately. Another important quality imbued by this evolution was the ability to adapt, another key component for survival. Some athletes stood fast in employing their strategy until the end while others adapted and let their strategy evolve accordingly. The beauty of having this type of latitude permits continuous work. Unlike employing an unreasonably consecutive rep scheme and being limited by recovery speed the concurrent scheme is faster and inspires more movement.

It should be noted that this evolution was the third of three days and is not designed for solo use. Our evolutions make programming sense and come in packages. They are not for individual sale. If we were to employ this concept on day one it would be completely different.

Yet again, we came together under one roof and nearly blew the walls out with our steadfast devotion to unadulterated progress and domination. Minds and bodies were put on the chopping block for a hearty dose of tests and measurements. The fearless pursuit of excellence coupled with sacrifice and carneac retribution will continue to serve our platform for making advances in human technology and saving civilization from self-destruction.

Where were the Daytona boys (and girl)?
