  1. If we aren't willing to fail we'll never succeed. The progress I've made hitherto has seemed to escape me. I just didn't have it today. Instead of adapting to my body's marginal capacity and reprogramming accordingly I pushed through and found myself going down a slippery slope, unable to lift weights that haven't been a problem in the past. Despite the gross physical work I performed the lack of satisfaction considers the day a failure. Emotional programming comes with emotional results, in one direction or the other. It's like a runaway freight train. It gets from one location to the next but not without consequences. Reason should constitute the foundation of our programming if we are to achieve definitive objectives. My emotional reaction to failure now manifests itself in a strained back muscle. Now it's back to the basics.

  2. Lots of videos, Skinny Puppy last week, NIN this week...
As if the programming itself wasn't enough.
    Keep it up man!
