  1. As I was setting up one of my partners was dragging the pallet further back and a light bulb came on so I added the reverse drag at the end of the evolution. It made/makes so much sense to train real-life movements. Who doesn't want to get better at life? Thanks to today's posse! Having eyes on makes all the difference in performance. We should ultimately be doing it for ourselves but we should also respect the power of social facilitation.
