    My run is only 350mtrs. So what? I ran faster. To compare the efficacy of the bench press against the pull up as in the wod Nicole I recommend the two back to back. The bench press is nil compared to the demand of the kipping pull up. If I had to choose it would definitely be the kipping pull up. What would the average misguided patron in Gold's Gym choose? Who is more prepared for real life? The bench press is packing material used to fill programming gaps. I haven't found much other use for it.
