    The harder I look for my weaknesses the easier they are too find. Unfortunately enough, they are plenty. I have never tried this work out. Needless to say, it was harder than imagined. I dropped the bar from lock out. I don't think this is the most efficient as regrouping eats up too much time. Next time my strategy will be to utilize the touch and go technique.
