    My current line of reasoning is that bad programming,i.e. today's wod following the previous two, is really good programming according to my pursuit to exploit my own weaknesses. Thrusters bring me to my knees and training alone makes it difficult to gage my rest. I'm going to take this exercise to extremes in every variation I can think of and then face my ultimate opponent: fran. It's coming soon.
