    I'm not exactly sure how 65 pounds coupled with ten pull ups could bring me to my knees the way it did. Maybe I'm not in as good of shape as I think. I feel like I just started crossfit. I HATE THRUSTERS! Pure and simple.

  2. I screwed this one up, In to much of a hurry this morning, thought I saw pushup's instead of pullup's. Sorry about that. Still ended up being a pretty ugly work out.

  3. Did this WOD early this morning. (Central Euro time) It really kicked my butt. I thought the weight wouldn't be too bad. However, after getting home from work now, I am starting to feel the aftermath.

    11 rounds and 8 thrusters.
