    A day old barbell pain had me excited to see an early morning bodyweight workout to tackle. Rope slams took their toll on double under efficiency.

    Abandon judicious notions of life without discomfort and welcome reckless action under direct supervision of physical accountability. Complete and rash disregard for the components of self-preservation propagated by a basic assortment of opportune selections. The individual members of this ensemble are renown for delivering O2 deprived torture. In combination, the outcome is perpetual burden. Burpees can be paced effectively for desired speed, limiting exposure to reline, but rope slams cannot. Breaking sets is no pardon; futile hope of recovery is simply time wasted in purgatory. The bleeding heart of this cardio contraption skips two beats; double under execution decides your final time. Latter rounds are a test of efficiency; growing shoulder fatigue either validates competence or drafts a wavier in excuse.
