Still highly contaminated by the fall out from core meltdown, this was no easy task. The push presses provided a good warm up while maintaining sychronisity between the clock and the body. The crux of today's splendor the rapidly diminishing return on the sprints. Each sprint generated an exponentially more dreadful response, slowing the transition, and stretching time to its temporal limits. The first sprint took 24 seconds compared to the final at 54 seconds. The simple tools are best for exploiting the often segregated metabolic systems, fomenting deadly collision courses, and reconstructing primordial roots.
