Today I had the opportunity to train with someone who has a fight in the next week. I thought I was a wreck from yesterday's fun in the forest, but after having had my ass politely handed to me, I can no longer remember yesterday. Although the old maxim that the only easy day was yesterday has become a cliche it has some validity when redefining the limits of possibility.
