Establishing baseline tests, benchmarks, and revisiting them, is the only way to truly track improvement. Shaving a few secons off my previous time is a positive, however, the end is nowhere near in sight.

Excluding basic barbell movements and standard endurance tests, i.e. one mile run, 2k row etc. I've always maintained the philosophy that doing the same work out twice in a lifetime is unnecessary and a waste of time considering the myriad of possibilities. Nevertheless, cody from indiana is correct and as begrudgingly difficult as it is, revisiting the metcon benchmarks is just as important as the traditional yardsticks. Passion and intuition are only suitable substitutes for obsessive number crunching when these two qualities produce substantial results. The philosophy of this organization is founded on initiative, self-sufficiency, intuition, and the creative qualities that make us impervious to the conventional obstructions of the mass transit system. Being able to circumvent personal limitations requires personal knowledge and unfettered dedication to evolving as a means to an end and not settling as an end in yourself.
