TOOLS AND THEIR USE

on a 500 hundred mtr stretch of beach: 
knee high water run
wheel barrow push 
over head pallet carry
double five gallon jug farmer's carry
sandbag shoulder carry
mooring line drag
tire drag
25 pull ups 
50 push ups 
75 sit ups

This workout proudly stands in diametrical opposition to the conventional fitness establishment, defying the taste and value of our times, and rising like a monolithic roller coaster, traversing the archaic principles of the ruling class. As a matter of fact, we can no longer afford to claim responsibility for supporting "fitness" as our chosen endeavor. The Fitness Industrial Complex (FIC) has violated the law of proportionality, growing beyond efficacy and producing a sterile product. The paradox is that this industry has defied the laws of proliferation, paradoxically giving birth to higher levels of impotency ad nauseam. Each "technological" step forward is truly a well-choreographed march backwards. There is more "technology" to be found in the junk yard or on the beach than in the profit-driven establishment. The only one who has your best interests in mind is YOU. Avoid the addiction, the force feeding of misinformation, and wonton disregard for self-sufficiency. When rock is your pillow everything else is soft.
