  2. Cav, appropriate analogy. The weighted muscle up is a gravitational reminder that flammable gas or combustable fabric, eventually the air ship must come down. Here, epic tragedy is avoided by understanding personal limitation.

    Feeling my legs still recovering from "The Painful Race" on Saturday, this wod was a shoe-in for my personal programming. Very enjoyable as well, adding the challenge of putting weight to one of my favorite exercises.
