The weekend’s activities still a lactic acid cesspool lingering in my lower body forced a return to physical labor in hope of locating relief. While not muscularly taxing, the combination of design and induced fatigue rendered a devastating blow. Rope slams steal oxygen like a seasoned pickpocket lifts a wallet. The opening effects of each round exacerbate effort consumed by subsequent tasks. Two minutes of rest enables breathing to steady, but hardly permits mental continuity. The end result: Sweat stains on concrete. However, liberation from the constraints of bodily abuse don’t materialize without personal forfeiture.
Travis took on Tens Unit and managed 6 rounds and 10 kbs, and kept with the concept of unbroken sets. Mike was right slight rest prior to the pull-ups and the rest were an easy transition. Since arriving in NYC I have pilfered through shipyards from Philly to Conn and have come across many new toys for me and all the team mates back in Jax to enjoy and endure.

This natural disaster would be remiss to let something so destructive blow by in the breeze. Learning to recognize your own poison is one thing. Drinking it is another.
