SCORE CARD

155# bench press
strict pull-ups

exercises alternate every minute on the minute with ascending repetitions until failure (i.e. bench press x 1 the first min., pull-ups x 2 in the second min., bench press x 3 in the third min, etc...)

score is final minute of pull-ups completed

    Saturday's knockout blow left only the upper-body available for further punishment. Alternating use of push and pull with ample rest to encourage progress. Not a one come all program, each end user must select the ideal load and variation for each movement in order to promote aligned performance. Ideally failure should occur for both exercises in subsequent minutes.
