    4 rounds+ 3 deadlifts (in round 5)

Hello deadlifts! Transitioning right into DLs after 9 jump squats took more adjusting time than expected.

The combination of productivity and power are considered the staples of freight locomotives. No current means of ground transportation is more efficient. Able to move at speeds rivaling a tractor-trailer, yet generating much greater horsepower, and consuming far less energy, an ideal symbol embodying the philosophy of 324.

To constitute rail born prowess on garage floor concrete required a mixture of both speed and strength. Sure, one round could easily have consisted of straight sets. However, repeat cycles with ascending repetitions allowed faster turnover translating into increased labor transitioning repeatedly. Pulling 315# is the test of power. It quickly becomes the sticking point as rounds accumulate, I managed unbroken sets through round 5 (or 15 total reps), by round 6, strategically broken sets seemed emotionally sensible. Surprisingly, deadlifts did little to disrupt the jump squats, only serving as a temporary switch track to a progressively expanding railway of discomfort. Bottom line, the deadlifts determine how far this train will travel.
