Concealed and living amongst the ranks of used programs, the non-biological entity that transformed conventional wisdom was resurrected for a rematch. Nearly two years separated engagements, once a fearsome combination of overbearing weight and sustained endurance, now just a matter of cutting the clock. In a pervious existence, 225# squat cleans rattled the very grey matter of my mental confidence, each successful repetition taking the form of a small skirmish at the core of a war for personal validation. No longer. System upgrades have established heavy cleans as a customary concept; changing the nature of this workout completely.

This workout was on another level. There are no other words. My only goal was to not break a set of mu's or hspu's. The squat cleans slowed my pace some, however, there were no missed reps - mission accomplished otherwise. Keep pumping the output from R&D at 324. Thanks in advance.
