The 324th regiment of the Department of Defense defines a Medium Range Ballistic Mindgame (MRBM) as having a maximum range of 50 repetitions. The developmental range is determined by a flight test and remains highly speculative. The theoretical division proposed a Long Range formula for an LRBM that would have doubled the current specs (100 reps). Carrying out such a design would've been costly in materiel and highly inaccurate. Although an LRBM is very possible the accuracy is highly dependent on weight. Minor corrections in the proximity of launch may result in substantial targeting errors in the periphery. Further testing is warranted. The power snatch is the gateway to the overhead squat and should be given its due respect as such. Overhead squatting from the rack is like jerking from the rack. It serves little purpose if one believes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Overhead squatting more than one can snatch is an invitation to injury and places undue stress on otherwise good and manageable form. Moderate weight and medium range reps are best for midline stabilization and stressing the mettle. Bits and pieces of the olympic lifts should be used for improving the olympic lifts and not for circus acts. The overhead squat in this format was nothing more than low carb icing on the cake. Part two: 6 rnds 6 reps. Lesson learned: While using a low rep scheme the time is lost in transition. For maximum benefit and minimal rest all stations should be within one step so as to minimize transit time and wasted energy.
