DELIRIUM TREMENS

A: 5 rope slams/rope recoil/rope drag
     max cycles in 5 min
rest 3 min
B: 1 pull up/1 ball slams (30#)
     3 pull ups/3 ball slams
     6 pull ups/6 ball slams = 1 cycle
     max cycles in 5 min
rest 3 min
repeat A
rest 3 min
repeat B
score is cumulative cycles + loose reps as a tie breaker

  1. TMFJ says. God damn it anyway !!!! 7rnds for Station A and 7 + 1 rounds for station B total. I watche this workout evolve from the minds of two evil scientists and knew that it would be a workout of devastating proportions !!!!!

    made up WOD from last week:

    EMOM
    4 ball slams @ 30#
    max pullups (until 100 pullups are reached...)

    Reached 100pullups on 12th minute... probably couldve made it a little sooner but the pullup bar raped my poor delicate little hands! No big deal... not like I use them for a living or anything... OH wait...!!!!! =P
    Def need to start callus maintenance on a more regular basis to keep this from happening again... ow!
