EMOM 4 ball slams @ 30# max pullups (until 100 pullups are reached...)
Reached 100pullups on 12th minute... probably couldve made it a little sooner but the pullup bar raped my poor delicate little hands! No big deal... not like I use them for a living or anything... OH wait...!!!!! =P Def need to start callus maintenance on a more regular basis to keep this from happening again... ow!
