Heat acclimation stops somewhere around 105 degrees and a heart rate of 180. Ability to open the throttle was restricted by a conscious desire to maintain the contents of the stomach lining. The first effort moved with haste, clocking out just shy of five minutes. But each following onslaught was arrested by mild heat stroke. An overloaded cooling system surrendered valuable time, forcing outdoor migration for push-ups and jump squats. There’s a fine line evaluating the benefits of certain programs in extreme conditions. When temperature is at a premium, understand, intensity is wholesale. Pushing limits in adverse conditions is valuable for mental preparedness, but the physical investment declines.
As I've commented before with Project X, the R&D of 324 bring the most unique and devestating ways to use the 3 most common metcon movements. I felt the rounds went smooth, only breaking on the last few sets of the strict pullup ladder, until the last round... The jump squats adding up to high reps really tested the determination. Keep it coming.
