324: A DEEP SPACE ODYSSEY

It is our unabashed mission to go where no man has ever gone before in the interest of advancing a marauding chant of familiarity through uncharted territory. While patrolling the universe of possibilities, positron emission detection revealed a theoretical matrix of new capabilities. The determination of a forlorn journey was sufficient to stave off any gravimetric interference while plotting our quest for plunder. The eternal search for the nexus will continue unabated until starship 324 burn into the atmosphere of defeat or finally discovers the strange new territory it seeks in an otherwise belt-driven assembly line of products. The universe of possibilities spans too many light years for only two innocuous mortals to pursue. Space academy will soon be holding try outs for new cadets. Stay tuned.
The two alien life forms bid farewell to their affinity for steady ground and departed in the very liquid from which evolution spat them out. An omen of tumult was manifested as the angry ocean cast about its undulating emotions and barreled over everything in its path. Fortunately, natural disasters aren't enough to impede this wrecking crew. Slash tires, puncture oil pans, and cut transmission lines. This batch of human technology keeps working, adapting, and overcoming the bumps that too often seem like obstacles.
While a variety of terrain was conquered during this trek the majority of coverage canvassed the periphery of base camp, enticing the local populace to look about quizzically. It was later concluded that a temporal anomaly produced an anachronistic collision by exposing overly technical ideas to a incredulous society. Runners, riders, rollerbladers, and other conventional exercisers did little to raise an eyebrow while two galactic cavemen scarred the terrain with every last drop of determination.
After jettisoning the suffocating rope we only had nine minutes to finish in sub six. With a 454 cu inch motor and a Turbo boost a sub seven minute mile was par for the course. Working as a team maintained accountability, providing a warrantee from one party to the other, preventing even the slightest notion of failure. The only thing worse than failing yourself is failing your teammate. In the end, call this what you will but it was really nothing more than two metaphysical warfighters chiseling men out of adversity.
