    A plan is forming, but interim periods of training requiring the use of available facilities. All of course, until base camp 324 is established. Mobilization is underway, moral is high, and creativity is being driven by necessity. Hold on, return to standard operations is imminent.

  2. Long overdue for a comment, I have been following the 324 regimen for some time now and figured it was time to show appreciation. Along with the wods from my local cf gym in Indiana, inspired to go the extra mile, not unlike yourself, I mix in a very steady dose of 324. This wod was perfect in design and fit right in with this week's objectives. Unable to measure distance, rowed straight for 2 min. Using graciously and hopefully permitted rest time, I completed this squat series using the rx'd weight. With a bw of 180#, my max set of 330# was 6 reps, with full collapse reaching for 7. You are not by yourselves as the Lone Road Warriors. We are out here and I am hungry for more of your knowledge. "That's B.S." was no B.S. at all. I'll train again tomorrow.
