No luxurious words to describe this crap flavored popsicle. The combustion severely impeded pace and longevity. While focusing on a zero game approach I bailed out at the first sign of a fractured soul. Weapons were inert this morning. The forearms locked up after the first set in a T-Rex posture leaving little room for oomph on the pull up bar. Not sure if it was a bad day or what but this may be worse than fran due to the extended stay suffering. An effort of this magnitude needs to be done in the arena with other gladiators present. The lack of potency inspired by solitude and freelance tumbleweeds would otherwise make for a magnificent morning. This type of effort requires no less than the deafening roar of thunder and electrifying voltage of Zeus' lightening bolt. Don't waste the effort unless all is in order. This is a peak performance evolution and should be treated as such. Redemption is in order but only when the time is right.

  2. But, the music was the coolest!

    Hypoxia

A real forearm burner in the same semblance as Fran:
    3 x for x: 50 double unders, 21 KBS, 12 pull ups.

    Enjoy the T-rex.
