    My body feeling like chewed compost, the need for some yard maintenance was in order. Trim the trees, shape the hedges, and fire up the chipper. This style workout offers the appropriate work to recovery ratio. Each movement only being performed on a single occasion, for a prescribed number of repetitions eliminates the chance of over running the Briggs & Stratton. The distinct purpose of this program focused on revitalization, a forthcoming cataclysm in the back of my mind.

    The heart and sole of this lawn tool is located at the ass end. Grinding through the preliminary portions requires nothing more than throttle control. Kettle bells and pull-ups are a devious combination, but came early. Unbroken swings did result in two sets on the pull-up bar. With the chipper running wide-open, remaining debris was transformed to mulch in minutes. Muscle-ups were installed at the finish to test the machine’s capacity. After chewing on a straight set of ring-dips and burpees, the shredder jammed. MUs had to be handled in pairs. Fifteen took somewhere in the vicinity of three minutes to reach the amassed pile of muck.

    A fresh looking shrubbery and increased curb appeal has set the stage for tomorrow. Three Two Four will be hosting an open house at CFJAX; refreshments will be served.
