every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
ring pull-ups
muscle ups
ring dips
ring pull-ups and ring dips increase by a single repetition each minute
-5 min. rest-
50 meter 120# anchor chain drag sprints x 6
20 sec. rest btw intervals
