WHO NEEDS A GYM!?

2 mile trail run
then:
80 mtr intervals of the following:
5 rnds of one arm log drag
4 rnds of totem pole carry
3 rnds of curl/rack carry
2 rnds of overhead carry
1 rnd battering ram carry/one arm overhead
