  1. I'm interested to see how you fair on this WOD. Specifically, how close you get to your previous 1RM. I get 3-4 explosive attempts close to the 1RM range, then I'm worthless. Should be an outstanding test of strength & endurance. How long will/did you rest between sets?

    I'll make my stand at 275# next week.

  2. I'm having AV problems and can't post my vid. You were pretty much right on. I thought the increments would be a good way to sneak past a PR but the amount slowly sucked the juice out of my motor. I rested 3 min between sets.
    135,145,155,165,175,185,195,205,215,225,235,245,255,265,275,285,failed at 295 (my previous pr).
