    The objective is to stop the momentum and spend a little time in the hole. Most people try to wiz by the transition like it's not even there. It's probably the most important position in the squat. We should get familiar with it. It's where the battle is won or lost.
    The suitcase deadlift is probably more practical than the conventional deadlift considering the amount of objects we lift with one hand instead of two. As the bar peels out of your hands you'll come to appreciate the interlocking grip used on the conventional deadlift.
