    In order to preserve the hands I started with singles every 1.5 minutes. At the half way point I started doubling up to get to 60 with my hands still in tact. I used lots of tape and only walked away with one blister. This is a good way to get to know the muscle up. Hand care is a must to go any further. I think 100 for time is a worth a shot if the hands can make it.
