    It can't be stated too many times that being able to walk into gym so far from home and feel at home makes the burden of traveling well worth it.
    This wod was straight out of the playbook for the insane and I wouldn't expect anything less from these guys. For Shane to do this wod after doing 315 d-lift 5 x 5 yesterday was nothing short of impressive. Sometimes it needs to be done but the trick is to find people who are willing to do it.
