50 tire flips
50 sledge hammers
50 dbl unders
50 k-bell snatches 16kg
50 sloshpipe lunges (carried on the back)
50 sit ups
50 shoulder presses (95#)

    shoulder presses took 5 min.
    Funny how the clock just keeps going without any mercy. If you fall off your horse you have to get back on or it will walk away.
