    A muscle contracts best when it's relaxed. Sometimes in order to go faster you have to slow down. In light of the inordinate amount of oxidative work done lately I'm throttling back to strength programming. I think too much packing material is harder on the body than moving heavier weight. Not to mention that a lack of strength work will invariably result in a lack of strength. It's funny how that works.
