challenge from hypoxia gym

Here we go. 135#/95#.
3 rounds for time:
2 muscle ups
3 snatch
4 power clean
6 push jerk
8 squat clean
10 burpee box jumps.

Then finish with 3, 15 ft rope climbs, no feet. No feet, means no feet. Can't go, gotta wait. This is part of the timed workout above.

Do the rope climbs finish each set or is it at the end of the work out.

  2. Dave,
I'm sorry to reply so late. They are all at the end. I'm on my way to do it now but don't have the ropes or the rings. Gotta get creative.
    Good luck

  3. Mike,
I dont't know if I want to put myself out there, but here it goes. The burpee box jumps wrecked me. :20::13 at 135#.

  4. Yea, I only experienced part of this complex since I didn't have high rings or a rope climb. I think the burpee box jumps were responsible for the slow down. I felt the same pain at # five every set.
11:12 minus the front and back of this wod. B-bell complexes always present so many challenges that affect people so differently. They are also open to different strategies. I think we should do more of these. There is something about letting go of the bar that is so demoralizing. Maybe we'll integrate penalties on the next one for broken sets. The sky is the limit when we're redefining our limits.

  5. The rings were not that bad, went through those pretty easy. The rope climbs were rediculous after the burpee box jumps. Agree with more bar bell complex. What do you mean by different strategies.
