    I rounded up on my loads for convenience.
    My first thought was that I would never do a workout like this on my own as I prefer heavier loads. My second thought was that this is exactly why I should do it. No matter how good we think we are the truth is that we cannot train ourselves. I can't think of any successful professional athlete who didn't have a trainer. In addition to the camaraderie that it builds this why the challenge is so valuable. Thanks Rob!

  3. I agree Rob. Sometimes I wish I were a lightweight sometimes. There are so many factors that contribute to power output that we don't look at like mechanical advantage, leverage, length of limbs, etc. Low back is sore today.
