    I wanted to pair something light and fast with something heavy and slow. Obviously strength:weight ratio has a lot to do with determining time. 400# moved fast until I got to the 4th and 5th set. In lieu of ripping my spine out of my back all I could do was wait for my body to catch up to my ambition.
