rh 18:35 w/busted knee and burnt the hell out. i was having trouble just hanging onto the bars, let alone moving one or myself. i liked this one, enough to revisit it fresh.

  4. This wod was sabotage, mentally and physically. The disheartening part for me was the amount of broken pull ups and lack of oomph. We get used to pairing exercises that compliment each other like push/pull or fran where we can keep going while one part somewhat recuperates while the other works. I experienced less endorphins and more frustration. I'm going to break this down and explore it further. Great job all!!

  5. it's been a while since i havent been able to go through "small" sets of pullups unbroken--this one did it. my last round was terrible...i had nothing, from grip to pull, nothing. interesting thing was, at the end of it i didnt feel as beat down as i have from previous challenges and wods, i just felt beat. as though i had lost this particular battle. dont get me wrong, it kicked my ass and taxed me, but i was left feeling much different than i have from others. i know various factors are part of this equations, or at least i would like to believe they are, such as rest, training volume, diet, ect. but, still...this was an interesting one.
