    Task at hand- no underestimating the challenge or physical demands with this. Rep scheme present, bumper plates loaded and staged accordingly, rings hanging... Nothing left but the nervous energy prior to starting. The first couplet went very fast, not lasting 2 min. The real fatigue set in during couplet 2. Couplet 3 was faster than 2 but the damage had been done. This mission was completed nearly 4 hours ago and I'm still seeing stars.
